Dan Schneider is a partner in the Manhattan law firm of Schneider, Pfahl & Rahme, LLP. He has been practicing entertainment, corporate, new media, intellectual property (copyrights and trademarks) and real property law for more than 27 years in Manhattan and Woodstock, N.Y. A graduate of Vassar College (AB, 1979, Evans Fellow in Law) and Emory Law School (JD, 1982, Emory Scholar), he is admitted to the New York and Georgia bars, as well as to the U.S. District Court (Southern District, N.Y.). Mr. Schneider has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell (www.schneiderpfahl.com). A member of numerous non-profit Boards, including The America The Beautiful Fund, The Giulio Gari Foundation, The Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation and the Hudson Valley Technology and Commerce, Dan is the founder of www.woodstockmediation.com as well as First Mondays (www.firstmondays.com), a quarterly networking group, first founded in 2002 to help New Yorkers help themselves during difficult times. Dan’s successful non-profit experiences include being Project Manager for a joint NEA Arts in Education Grant to the Woodstock Day School and Woodstock Youth Theatre, which resulted in the creation of three (3) new collaborative works which were publicly performed in Ulster County, New York. He is also helping to organize a new non-profit : “I Can Still do That” to help put American back to work, which he will try to make a national foundation.
Charlotte W. Pfahl, Esq.

Charlotte W. Pfahl received a B.A. cum laude from University of Denver in 1973 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1978. She also attended Oxford University, Oxford, U.K., the N.Y.U. School of Law, LLM. in Taxation, and the World Trade Institute.
Ms. Pfahl specializes in private client matters (wills, trusts, family limited partnerships) and real estate law. She represents foreign and domestic clients – including individuals, trusts, partnerships and corporations in a number of jurisdictions – on a broad range of domestic and transnational business transactions, including organization of domestic and off-shore entities and trusts, acquisitions of business interests and property, buy-outs and financing, as well as real estate matters, commercial and residential acquisitions, and leasing. Her real estate-related clients include cooperative corporations, developers, foreign banking institutions, and private investors.
Ms. Pfahl is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Florida and to the Bars of the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the Financial Women’s Association and The International Alliance.
Saundi Wilson

Saundi’s work in film and television began at age 19, and he has since composed music for A&E, CBS, ABC, and Disney as well as numerous short films. Saundi would go on to score his first feature film, Manito , which garnered honors at several film festivals, most notably Sundance and South by Southwest. It has been licensed to HBO, Showtime and the Independent Film Channel. Shortly after attending NYU’s Steinhardt School, Saundi began creating The Brüknahm Project with Sebastian Bardin, a former classmate from his undergrad days(S.U.N.Y. Purchase). Their first LP (self-titled) was released on Knitting Factory Records to critical acclaim and has been licensed more than fifteen different television shows including MTV’s Jersey Shore. The Brüknahm Project completed two European tours performing on some of Europe’s greatest stages (i.e. North Sea, Jazz a Vienne). After their tremendous success in Europe, the duo packed up and moved to Paris. Brüknahm was commissioned by Universal(France) to produce tracks for Algerian star Khaled, not to mention two remixes for the Japanese sensation AIR on the LP On My Way(EMI/Capitol). Saundi also laid down his eclectic groove as a DJ in various locales in Europe as well as his monthly Brooklyn Zoo parties in Paris. It was also during this period that he developed a love for photography. He eventually moved back to the U.S., (Los Angeles) importing his Brooklyn Zoo franchise to L.A. hot spots Little Temple and The Standard Hotel. Saundi began to develop his solo collection – Los Angeles(now available on iTunes). In 2010, Saundi to moved back to New York. He reunited with his Brüknahm collborator, Mr.Bardin, and they completed their second album- City of Light. He has also begun to turn his passion for photography into a new career. He has had a photo chosen as a Smithsonian Magazine editor’s pick, and his work has already been featured in the Sony World Photography exhibit.
Jillian Markowitz

Jillian (Jill) Markowitz is a 2007 graduate of the prestigious Gallatin School of Independent Studies at New York University. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Markowitz created an interdisciplinary major combining business and film studies. This unique focus lead her to accept a full scholarship to Hofstra Law School where she is currently in her third and final year. Her professional resume includes credit as a producer for the unreleased film, Elise. She plans to use her education and skills as a lawyer producer.
